What is the Eastside Riders Program?
The Eastside Riders Program provides safe, reliable transportation for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who participate in Eastside Explorers activities. While Eastside Explorers plans and facilitates engaging social and community-based events, Eastside Riders ensures participants are able to attend these experiences comfortably and consistently.
Through transportation support, Eastside Riders plays a vital role in promoting socialization, community inclusion, and cognitive stimulation by helping individuals access meaningful activities and opportunities for connection. Our program is committed to supporting independence and participation by removing transportation barriers and creating a dependable, supportive experience for every rider.

Molly Fargher
Executive Director
Molly has been working with the Eastside Explorers program since April 2015. Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development (where she earned her Youth Worker Certificate) and an Associate’s Degree in Mental Health and Human Services, Molly is able to implement detailed care plans unique to each individual. She works closely with case managers, families, and participants to ensure quality services.
Tiffany Cumiford
Activities Coordinator & Program Scheduler
Tiffany Cumiford began volunteering as a Skills Trainer in 2017 while being a stay-at- home mom for many years. Tiffany came to our program showing her dependability and automatic caregiving skills. As Tiffany gained experience in day support services for IDD individuals, she showed leadership and management skills that grew. In 2022 she became our driver for outings and began coordinating all outings at Eastside Explorers and The Courts Program. In 2023 Tiffany officially became our Outings Coordinator and Driver Supervisor which she continues to hold the title of today.
